We proudly ship our Moroccan handicrafts worldwide. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our workshop in Agadir.

- North America: 7-14 business days

Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love your Moroccan handicrafts as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
